Blizzard start to tweak with the World of Warcraft Burning Crusade options, including a new level cap

So far, Blizzard has not provided a full release schedule for the Classic Burning Crusade experience.

The Wandering Ancient has finally arrived in World of Warcraft. During its BlizzConline 2021 presentation, Blizzard revealed the results of a community poll that let players decide on the next big mount. It’s since been revealed that the votes overwhelmingly pointed to the Wandering Ancient—a giant living tree that serves as nature’s protector. WOW Classic Power Leveling Two Reddit users have discussed with WoW Classic Game Masters about exploiting field bugs and these are formal: any use is prohibited and exposes practitioners to penalties. We explain all this in detail.

But if you’re coming back from a break or you’re new to the game, you’ll have to subscribe for at least one month. Blizzard notes that anyone choosing to play on a PvP realm will only be able to create characters within the same faction – you pick the Horde, you stay with the Horde. Blizzard announces WoW Classic RP-PvP servers are coming

In MMORPGs, certain players go all in with the role playing, while others are all about fighting other players. One subset however prefers to do both. It’s this group that will be pleased with the latest new concerning World of Warcraft Classic. Blizzard has confirmed that there will be WoW Classic RP-PVP servers. Blizzard is set to reveal a full breakdown of the server types across all regions for WoW Classic next week. However, a World of Warcraft community manager Randy Jordan confirmed the existence of RP-PVP servers early on a post on the official forums. The reveal however only covers the North America region.

Blizzard has been doing everything possible to help prepare players for the impending release. They recently announced that players will be able to reserve their classic names beginning August 12 and the original vanilla servers will be returning. One group of passionate players has been petitioning Blizzard since March of 2019 for a Role-play Player verse Player server (RP-PVP), after it was revealed that Blizzard would not be adding one to the Classic WoW servers. A thread on the official Blizzard forums was made and a lot of support poured in from the WoW community.

As for other regions, Blizzard made no concrete announcement as of yet on whether they’ll also be getting RP-PVP servers. However, it’s likely that they’ll also be getting then. At ChinaJoy this past weekend, Blizzard’s John Hight did make mention of RP-PVP servers, among other types of servers. At the very least, this seems to hint that China will also be getting such a server in their region. However, the wording seems to indicate that other regions will also probably get them as well.

Details on all the servers will be made available “before the weekend.” Name reservation goes live on August 12 at 15:00 PDT / 18:00 EDT / 23:00 BST, so you’ll have a bit of time to make your plans before committing to a name and a server.
